Ehtiyaat (Cautions):

- Angoor (Grapes) kay rus mai rooi bhigo kar chehray par pheriye ye amal us waqt tak jari rakhiye jub tak aap kay chehray par thandak ka ehsaas honay lagay.
- Kisi naram or saaf suthray kapray mai barf kay tukray rakh kar chehray par pheriye.
- Thanda pani chehray par baar baar dalain yahan tak kay thandak or sakoon ka ehsaas ghalib aa jaye.
- Adhi payali doodh mai adha lemon nihor lain or 1/4th chamacha haldi daal dain. Kuch dair baad doodh phut jaye ga, is mehlool ko rooi ki madad say jild par lagayen or halkay halkay massage karain , rozana aik baar amal karnay say chand dinon mai farq daikhain gy.
