1- Allama Iqbal

His pen name is Faiz and he won the Lenin Peace Prize from the Soviet Union in 1962. Sir Faiz worked with Allama Iqbal during the time of separation of Pakistan from British India. 4- Ahmed Faraz

5- Parveen Shakir
Parveen Shakir is a prominent name of a female poet of Urdu Language. She is professionally a teacher and a Civil Servant of Pakistani Government. Parveen starts writing her poetry in her early age and her first book of poetry is Khushboo that has published in 1976. Parveen Shakir received very good response from the public on her first publication.
